Return Policy
We're an independently-run business, and we appreciate every order that comes our way. Please take a moment to review your purchase before checking out; thoughtful buying helps us cut down on unnecessary returns and keep our small team running smoothly. However, we know things don't always go as planned, and we're happy to assist.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days starting from the date you receive your item to submit a return request. To qualify, the item must be unused and unworn, with all original tags still attached, and packaged exactly as it arrived. You'll also need to show proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that any item sent back without prior authorization will be refused.

Defective or Incorrect Orders
Every item is packed and shipped with care, but mistakes can happen. If your order shows up broken, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, let us know right away so we can fix it.
Items That Can't Be Returned
Certain products are excluded from our return policy, such as:
- Made-to-order or personalized goods
- Personal hygiene or beauty items
Sale-priced merchandise and gift cards are also final sale. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just get in touch with us 😊
Exchanges
Looking to swap for something else? The easiest route is to send back what you have and order the new item separately once your return has been accepted.
Refund Process
After we've received and reviewed your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer might need extra time to finalize the refund on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still haven't seen it, email us at hello@ravestudiofficial.com
